When we met in 2008, Carina, then VP Brand & Communications at E.ON Nordic, was looking for external support in creating a Nordic governance model for the corporate brand. After three years of working together with Fredrik as a management consultant and advisor, we realized that we had developed a rigid model for how to change organizational structures and workflows to live up to the new expectations of the social media age.
Our collaboration continued when Carina became SVP Communication at Saab Group. The challenge was again to implement an effective governance model, but now with a global scope. In 2013 we decided to conceptualize the model and to offer our experiences to others. We named the model Clear ID for Clear Identity – after our very first project’s working name.
We see ourselves as do-leaders, reputation management strategists with a deep engagement in the development of sustainable business.
Carina Brorman has more than 20 years’ experience from various management positions, with extensive experience in change management and developing corporate brands. Carina Brorman has a cross-functional background in various industry sectors such as culture, public service media, energy, defense and security. Those sectors have all gone through substantial transformations, driven by the digital revolution. Another common denominator is the strong political influences that affect these industries together with their complex internal cultures.
Carina Brorman has a broad experience as a board member in both state-owned enterprises as well as from the private sector. Examples include the Royal Theatre, Dramaten, in Stockholm, Nordic Morning Plc, Helsinki, and Sparbanken Öresund (banking), Malmö. She is also an appreciated lecturer, moderator and mentor.

Fredrik is a management consultant with over 20 years of experience, predominately from the IT Industry. He has specialized in turn around management and has a background as CEO and leadership in Sales and Marketing.
Fredrik previous work includes developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, communication governance, and Marketing Relationship Management systems. Over the years he has worked with clients including Tetra Pak, Siemens, De Laval, E.ON, Volvo IT and Scania. Fredrik holds a B.A. in Economics with a Major in Corporate Finance.
